Hi and thanks for visiting. According to research at http://bit.ly/1FLexo1 , I have about 10 seconds to capture your attention. If you’ve read this far, or better still, opened the link above – you may grow to like this website.

My name is Chris Sadler, I’m 40 years of age and live and work in Newark, Nottinghamshire UK.

The website URL HDD23 should give a clue as to what this site is about.

I love Hard Drives (I even capitalise the words). They have fascinated me for years. So does the number 23 (more on 23 elsewhere on this site)

I live with my partner, Maria and we are due to get married December, 2015. When not spending time with Maria – I spend time on my computer. I love to research information. There is nothing better than finding the edge of the envelope of human knowledge on a subject.

I have a very analytical mind. I’m often criticised for being too analytical. Depending on who you ask, I have a mixture of ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. As I am fairly intelligent, I manage to hide these quite well and over the years have developed coping strategies to deal with them.

Up until I met Maria, I tried to force my mind to work in “conventional” cognitive ways. It doesn’t work. I love Maria very much. One of the many reasons I love her is that she has encouraged me to set my mind free. Ever since I have, I am far happier within myself. Life is indeed a journey and not a destination. I hope we can travel together a little and share the amazing view that the exploration of knowledge can offer.

Thanks for reading.

Please be patient with me whilst I get this site up and running properly.

Unless you’re a spammer or a deposed Nigerian Prince exiled on Estonia wanting to use my Banking Facilities – then please get in touch.

I would love to hear from you.

Chris Sadler
